History:
- Established in the year of 2005-06, department of Kannada is one of the first departments started in the institution.
- Subject : As Programs Basic for B.A Programme
- Combinations with Kannada Optional for B.A Programme
Objectives:
- To impart Communication Skills in Kannada.
- To instill passion for the study of Kannada language and Literature
- To make students conscious of using Kannada language in their day to day life.
- To study rich Kannada Literature.
